 AHADIWAY LIFE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION:

The goal of AHADIWAY Life Development Initiatives is to change the “passive culture” among young people by making them learn to secure their existence in the social economical environment in Tanzania and play their active role in future leadership. It aims to achieve this by generating sustainable model as empowerment.

Ahadiway have youth in Tanzania who have not yet find employment where by ahadiway expecting to help about 600 your find employment in the project expecting to start this year 2014.

Youth will find employment where by they will employ them self and having a free training on how they can run they are live independently.

We are helping youth to find jobs around the world.

Ahadiway have invested in training of the specialist in order to help community of youth in its first face of the program in Tanzania.

ABOUT US

AHADIWAY LIFE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION:

It is a Non Profit Organization which was formed in 2013.The organization has been duly approved and registered by the director of Non Government Organization ACT no.24/2002.The head office of organization is situated at Kijitonyama ward, Hollywood street. Ahadiway intend to reach communities and institutions in different parts of Tanzania Mainland.

The Founders have come up with the idea of establishing AHADIWAY LIFE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE ( AHLIDEI) after noting the problems facing institutions in Tanzania, entire communities, children, young people, orphans, street children, women and disabled people and noting that society in most cases in faced with a variety of problems that manifest themselves in many forms like:-

·         Ignorance of human rights,

·         Vulnerability to sexual transmitted infections including HIV and AIDS, and TB.

·         Poverty as a result of inadequate opportunities, lack of information, education and skills and marginalization from the decision making process.

·         Sexual harassment, abuse and discrimination of girls.

·         Use of drugs and substance abuse.

·         Infectious diseases like Malaria and cholera.

·         Unethical conduct of many public services.

·         Low accountability and transparency of many public institutions and individual public servants.

These problems lead to oppression of some individuals and groups, poverty of many individuals, poor health and death, prevalence of orphans in society, street children, drug addicts, individuals that are not responsible to their families and communities, some living with HIV and AID, poor leadership and decision making in many public service institutions, poor management and utilization of resources.

All inclusive development by contributing and working at community level and employing sustainable ways and information with regard to Empowerment, Healthcare, Education, Environmental, Legal and civil rights, Advocacy  and Agriculture: Correct use of all kind of available resources, nature and environment with special emphasis on empowerment of Youth, Women, Children and Welfare of disadvantaged communities of Tanzania. Education – ALL Tanzanians will learn, grow and develop to realize their full potential Healthcare – (Reproductive Sexual health- Population and Development) Reduce under – five mortality rate, the maternal mortality ratio and Reverse the spread of HIV/AIDS while intervening on young people’ reproductive sexual health. Home Based Care for People Living with HIV/AIDS Livelihood – Enhance sustainable livelihood of marginalized   (Agriculture, infrastructure /Environment – sustainable household food and nutrition security of marginalized, especially Women & Children while considering equality and human rights )

They are designed into various programmatic interventions, broadly defined as;

·         Adult literacy programs and advocacy for inclusion of marginalized communities

WHAT WE DO

The AHADIWAY LIFE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE 2014 (AHLIDEI) is a non-governmental organization with headquarters at Kijitonyama Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam. It was registered on 06^th January 2014 under The Non-Governmental Organization Act No. 24 section 12(2) of 2002 of the United Republic of Tanzania with Registration No. 00NGO /00006801. The offices are located at Kijitonyama Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Capital City.

Today, AHLIDEI is one of the local NGO proving youth  changing the “passive culture” amongst young people by making them learn to secure their existence in the social economical environment in Tanzania and play their active role in future leadership. It aims to achieve this by generating sustainable model as empowerment. As well as HIV/AIDS and Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) services in Tanzania at large

. All these activities are carried by trained community volunteers.

AHLIDEI started on a new strategic Plan (2014/2018) that among other things seeks to reinvigorate HIV prevention strategies and MVC household and community empowerment within its catchment areas through strengthened partnerships.
